The VI Workshop Committee would like to invite you to submit research papers on all aspects of HRM. The main theme of this edition will be all issues concerning the role played by this function in present management challenges. Therefore, contributions are invited in a broad arrange of HRM areas, including: 

• Theoretical approaches on HRM research
• SHRM and performance
• HRM: changes, tendencies and new technologies
• International HRM: comparative research
• Organizational Behaviour, Leadership, Commitment, Motivation, Values
• HRM and Social Capital
• Diversity management
• Contemporary issues in HRM

Papers may be presented in English or Spanish, and simultaneous translation will be provided. The program committee will select one winner for the best paper award (all regular papers are eligible).
