Ironía y pertinencia: una interpretación ad hoc

This article tries to explain how the phenomenon of irony works in the framework of the relevance theory. Against traditional approaches which held that irony expressed the contrary or the opposite, this theory explains that ironies involve echoic interpretations of attributed thoughts or utterances.


La salud mental de los maestros

From a descriptive and correlational point of view, in the present situation of concern fot the teacher as a human being and if we base it on reliable and valid scientific instruments such as Cattell's 16PF questionnaire and Krug's School Teachers in practice, this paper reveals the position of the Primary School Teachers in practice and also that of the students of the Teacher Training College as future teachers within the health-illness continuum.

¿Cómo conocer y mejorar la práctica docente de un profesor/a mediante el análisis de su diario de clase?

This paper is bases on the analysis of a teacher's classroom diary in order to know better her way of teaching and the didactic problems she has. We have found out which these problems are through the study of her writings during three months and pointed out what has to be done in order to face up those problems and also to improve the writing of her diary.

La inspección de las escuelas públicas gaditanas en el siglo XIX

Using reports delivered by State teaching inspector in Spain might be a good way to acknowledge the actual practice teaching in our country. The inspections carried out by Pedro Sandino between 1858 and 1864 allow us to discover the circumstances of the school in Cadiz in the last Century. Some of the matters revised in this article are buildings and furniture, books and equipment fee and attendance rate registered, methods and subjects taught. Our goal is to offer a united and carifying vision of this scholaly panorama.

A brief comment is made on the psychological and psychical effects of vibrations in general and of the sounds in particular, as well as of the possible relationships between bilogical rhythms, deep psychology and music. At the end, it deals with the Keplerian cosmic concepts of the "spherical music" that has been sent to space in phonological recording by "Twin Voyager".


Asimilación de los elementos musicales: Aplicación del método activo

It deals with a school experiment carried out on pupils of the Superior Cycle of The Primary School "Carlos Mª. Rodríguez de Valcárcel" of Cadiz, under the direction of Angel Müller Gómez; taking into account the assimiliation of musical elements (rhythm, melody, harmony, timbre, dynamics and agogic), by means a practical exercise of sound manipulation and creation. The activities, carried out a period of four months, culminated in the composition of music and lyrics of seven songs, that afterwards were harmonized for the school instrumental "Orff".
